On-site builders are code certified and attentive to customer requests. Colombo Development has been building luxury homes for nearly twenty years. Joe Colombo founded the company in 1987 as a licensed, professional builder in Michigan. The company moved to Georgia in 1994 and has continued the tradition of building fine homes in the Atlanta area. Currently, homes are being built in Douglas, Fulton and Fayette Counties from the $500’s to over $1M. Colombo Development is a member of the Home Builders Association of Douglas County, the Better Business Bureau and the Douglas County Chamber of Commerce. Certified Professional Homebuilder.
